Happy Saint Patrick's Day!
As my old Irish neighbor used to say - If you're lucky enough to be Irish, then you're lucky enough.
We are on our way to our first restaurant meal since starting SCD. I am taking my own seasoning mix for the steak, my own cheese for the salad and will use oil and lemon juice for a salad dressing. Even though you can take your own things to any restaurant, it helps a lot that it is Marty's restaurant. I know things will be right, and no one will give me a hard time about bringing my own cheese.
